Our standard shipping carrier is UPS ground standard shipments typically take 4 - 10 business days to arrive. This transit time is estimation only however you will be able to track your package once it has been shipped in real time. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.
During holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day, Halloween, etc.) when shipping is in high demand, please allow additional time for arrival.
Please remember that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, please upgrade your shipping to FedEx, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it.
We cannot be held responsible for FedEx delays due to weather or mechanical problems, which are beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.

Mail: After adding the items to your shopping cart, proceed to check out. Use the shipping calculator to confirm your shipping total, and print the "printable version" of your order. All products to be returned must be returned within 15 days of the sale date, 100% complete, in resalable condition. Obviously, clothing returns should be in a new and "not used" condition. Items that appear to be used will not be accepted as like new.
RETURNS: Please follow the procedure below to make certain your refund is promptly handled.
1. Please note all returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling our sales department. Once you receive your return authorization number you will receive an email with shipping instructions. 2. Indicate the reason for return ( We want it so we can improve service.) 3. Clothing returns must be in a new and "not used" condition. 4. Include who you are, order number or customer name and information you have in the package for identification purposes. 5. We will process your refund and send a confirmation via e-mail and mail
